As Google updates Android Platform numbers every month we always have a chance to look at the updated numbers. As of August 2017, the new list of Google's Android Platform distribution says that Android Nougat is now running at 13.5% of all active Android devices.
If we compare the data with the previous chart the Android Nougat has a combined 2% gain whereas Android Marshmallow is now present on 32.3 percent of devices and continues to enjoy the largest share among all platform versions.
Android Lollipop is now present on the 29.2% of android devices while Android KitKat, on the other hand, fell by 1.1% to a 16% total, meaning it’s still on 2.5% more phones than Android Nougat.
Android O has reached the final developer preview and will also launch in coming few months.
